I'm currently a resident here. It's affordable (I have more of my paycheck leftover than I did at the other rentals and apartments I lived at for the past 2-3 years.), there are a few schools/childcare nearby (great for families who want to be walking distance from schools), the managers and employees are friendly and get things done, usually within 48 hours, unless it's the weekend or after hours, and the other residents are so nice here! Apartment was clean when I moved in. No roaches. Pretty quiet except when kids are playing outside which is to be expected. Good neighbors. Feel safe. Good management. If you report a problem they will fix it very quickly. Maintenance guy nice and always see him working to keep the complex in good shape .
got a new manager who is hardly ever open till 5 like the office hours supposed to be now closed on Saturday if u need any maintenance done now forget it and she wants to do our lease renewal inspection on Thursday and we haven't even told her if we are wanting to renew our lease grounds keeping company is a joke and the parking lot floods every time it rains if I had the money to move it would and tell these jokes to go pound salt
