UVA Haymarket hospital suggested I call this doctor as soon as possible however, The doctors office doesn’t call back even when it’s urgent!

Dr. Alvi is great! He listens and really gets to know his patients. When he doesn’t have an answer, he always involves his colleagues and other specialists to help come to a solution! Would recommend him and his practice to anyone.

I've been experiencing Neuro issues for over a year now and not was not getting care because of bad experiences with Drs in the past. I finally decided to get help again and took an appointment with a random neurologist and I'm glad I did. Dr Alvi seems to really care about helping me. He spends quite a bit of time asking every possible question about what's going on to make sure he has everything noted. I was with another neurologist from this practice before she left. I could not wait until they filled the vacancy from her leaving. I saw Dr Alvi and he asked so many questions about my care. He did not leave any stone unturned. I was very pleased with his thoroughness. So glad to be back with the friendly and competent staff.
