Excellent front staff, Friendly.. very ittle waiting romm time. Dr is patient and understanding and takes the best path of treatment so that you are not getting work done that is not necessary. I am afraind of the Dentist as most people are.... but Dr Talancon made me feel at ease and took his time to ensure things did not move to fast. VERY VERY nice and I am doing back :)

Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Definitely! They would never turn away anyone in need Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance Was this provider argumentative or easily angered? Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met

Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? Completely!

Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Were the waiting room chairs comfortable at this dentist's office? Yes Were the restrooms well-stocked at this provider's office? Yes, they were well-stocked Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Never, they go out of their way to address every concern of mine immediately

Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all, I feel like they're constantly ready to give up on me Does this provider always take that extra step to make you feel special? No, I don't think they appreciate my loyalty

Dr. Jose Talancon (aka "Dr. Jose:) and his staff are wonderful. They treat their patients and one another with great care and respect. Dr. Jose did three caps and one implant for me over the past year. He did a wonderful job--no problems whatsoever. (Two of the caps were front teeth, and one was an upper rear cap. One of the front caps was also an implant. A number of visits and x-rays were required for the implant, and everything was included in the quoted price. Ditto for the caps. Dr. Talancon is friendly, patient, and extremely experienced. He knows his stuff. He's not only my dentist but also my wife's. She feels the same: really likes him and his staff. Dr. Talancon's staff is friendly and professional as is the hygienist. I recommend Dr. Talancon to anyone who's looking for a great dentist who also don't gouge you price-wise and who'll work with you on financing and a payment plan if you can't afford to pay in full.

Does this provider adhere to the customer is always right policy? Yes, they listen to all complaints and make every effort to correct the situation. Do you trust this dentist to only recommend dental procedures you need? Yes, I trust them Did this provider listen to your input and concerns? Absolutely! This provider always listens carefully to what I have to say! Was the waiting area spacious? Yes, extremely spacious Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor
