the food was great and so was the chef who put on a show at the grill, had a great time with family
I was very disappointed that a SERVICE CHARGE was automatically added on our ticket for 4 people...they then want you to ADD A TIP on top of that!!! What??? Poor service and then they want all this added plus money on top of that??? I don’t think so...they will NEVER beat Wasabis in Knoxville!!!
I visited with my parents yesterday and enjoyed a great meal prepared with a cool culinary show with fire, smoke, and more. It was a very good experience and I'll gladly go back!
This place sucks!! Had a party reserved for 12 and we still weren't seated at 12:20. Once I spoke up and asked about it the host was rude as hell and the Manager wasn't any better he was absolutely no help! So if you want to go to a place who cares about their customer's and has good service this is definitely not the place you wanna go!
