I am so grateful to this team! I had taken my car to another mechanic earlier in the morning. They quoted me twice as much and told me they didn’t want to work on my car because it was too old (2006 Prius). Everyone at Takoma Old Town Auto Service Center was so kind, helpful, and transparent from the start. They were considerate of my budget during these trying times. I will certainly recommend them to anyone and return the next time I need car support. 🙏🏼
I’ve taken my car here twice and both were wonderful experiences! Winter and his team are no frills and no bs :) they are quick and to the point. I feel very comfortable to recommend this auto shop to all my female friends. I will continue to take my car here in the future. 10/10
These folks are trustworthy. I was given them as recommendation a year ago and when I came back to this area I was going to the car dealer as usual-those times in this area has changed. The dealers for auto repair are scammy and careless. After realizing that I finally started using this shop as recommended. Theyre honest, they are reasonable and I never have to keep coming back because the thing wasnt done correctly the 1st time. Overall they are trustworthy and consistent. Consistentcy these days is not easy to come by.
The best auto service center in my life. He's honest and never does sth unnecessary. I can trust this place Remember you go early because this place is quite busy!
I got Maryland State Inspection done from here. Great customer service, knowledgeable and reasonable. Best one in the area. Would definitely recommend.
