Stay Away! I had a similar negative experience that is echoed by other reviews of this "medical" establishment. My first impressions of this place were that it was shabby/dirty and it seemed very odd that there was religious imagery on display all over (see my attached pictures). I came in for a basic exam and had blood and urine samples taken. What a clinic to go to!!!! They are not as busy as other physician offices, they never have time to answer calls or at least return calls. In two instances, I had to wait over two weeks for medicine or prescription refills to be faxed to pharmacy. Even after I called and spoke to them personally. Never had an issue with any other clinic faxing prescriptions right away. Here is so disappinting when they don't answer your call even we can't leave a voice messege as the mail box is full. Doctor Sood is a good doctor, but his staff very unethical and unprofessional. Worst clinic to go to. The place is a scam. I visited this establishment on 11/12 for an annual pap smear. Since I recently moved and got a new job and insurance, I found a place near my home. The doctor let me know that my results would be back in two weeks. I thought that was odd, but l considering that the office was small and not technologically advanced (for example, no patient portal to make appointments or check the status of labs), I didn't think more about it. Staff did not properly inform me of needed information before visit. Poor communication between staff. Wait times, next appointments, recommended tests, etc, are not communicated between staff. Patients are forced to be the go between for front office and Doctors. Cashed the check our HSA sent and never credited it to our account. I understand that billing errors happen, but they literally just took the money without putting any record of it in their system.
