We first worked with Takoda a few years ago when our insurance company gave us two weeks to replace our roof. I didn't hear back from most other companies, or they didn't want to hear about the urgency and were months out. Takoda helped us sort that out, and we got a new roof on a year later when it was much better timing. Now, less than two years after that roof replacement, we had the hail storm after accepting an offer on our house but just a couple weeks before closing.
