I just got my haircut here by Sugar she was super sweet and very nice, however I asked her for a trim and she cut off more than half of my long hair. I’m extremely disappointed. I wanted to like this place but the lack of communication and not expressing to me that more was going to be cut than I expected almost brought me to tears. My hair stylist was sugar, she did an amazing job, taking time to make sure I got the hair style I wanted. She was so sweet and took extra time to make sure I like my hair!

was in need of a haircut and decided to try out taki’s for the first time. tina marie was amazing! i have long thick hair that can be a pain to work with, but she was able to achieve what i wanted even without a reference photo. she was great at reassuring me throughout the process and we had a nice conversation. price was great too. will be back for my next haircut!
