Paid $7,800 for 30 ten-hour days of service. Caregiver came 4 times, was videoed sleeping during working hours. Was told a new caregiver would come, didn't happen. They terminated the contract after only 4 days. Waited for a refund. After 120 days got a partial refund, no explanation of why 4 days of a caregiver sleeping at our house cost $3,510. Sued. Case was dismissed because the name of the agency is now TKOOS - Taking Care of Our Seniors, not Heal to Thrive. Three weeks later "Heal to Thrive" sued me for posting... read more
