Takedown gym is truly the best. My husband, myself and my kids all love it. The equipment, the turf field where my boys can play football catch, the daycare for my 3 year old, the clean facility, friendly staff and challenging yet fun classes, are all top notch. I love Bootcamp with Jess and Barre with Michelle. The community is great too. Such friendly and supportive people.

Best gym around! The trainers really work with you to show you the correct way to workout.
I have never loved my gym until I joined Takedown. The staff and trainers are so friendly, the facility has everything and is always clean. Most importantly is the sense of community my boys have with friends. They asked to go to Takedown everyday.
