In all the years I've been going to gyms this is the best and only gym I've been to that's been geared for wrestling! It's extremely clean and user friendly. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. I recommend using this facility not only to wrestlers but anyone wanting to get themselves in shape!!

We came with a wrestling group from Germany. What an awesome facility! Haven't seen anything like that before. Perfect for wrestlers! The staff and coaches were great as well and made us feel very welcome. Definitely will come back!
Had a great experience training a takedown gym. The facility is top notch and has everything thing one needs to be successful. Jake is an amazing technician and breakdown technique so one understands. Lastly there are always good guys there to drill and wrestle with. I will definitely be back to train.
