Can’t wait for Take Five to reopen after Shelter in Place ends. One of my favorite ways to spend a relaxing evening. Several outstanding instructors and a nice space.

It's a casual meditation studio, in depth sound bath and crystal healing, special blend teas and comfortable place to read.
Nice environment to meditate and practice.

I had a great time at Take Five Meditation studio. I took a Mind/Body Connection class with Co-Founder Tara and a Meditation 101 class with Guide Jen a combination of yoga and meditation.
