We placed an order back in early June. Upon placing the order we provided our phone number and asked the rep to verify the shipping address. We also asked them to see our past orders so that we can have the products shipped to the correct store location. As this seems to be an issue with this company. They STILL shipped the items to the wrong store (which we are not in physical contact with on a regular basis). The guys at TAB are very helpful, Bob and Joe. I buy from them every couple of months. Their pricing is comparable to any of the office product stores out there. The big thing is customer service. That’s probably why they have been around about 30 years. Very accommodating, when I made a mistake in ordering a product they said no problem and helped get me the correct one. I would highly recommend purchasing from them.
