Was greeted quickly with a cold bottled water upon arriving. There were a few cars ahead of me so there was a bit of a wait. I was given options of air filter, wiper blades etc but I didn't feel pressured. The only suggestion I have is they need more employees in order to get the cars finished faster so there isn't as long of a wait.
Everyone was very courteous and prompt. Asked if there were any questions and got me on my way!
