And absolutely amazing experience! I cannot remember the name of the two men that helped me. The young one was such a good salesman that I thought to myself...If I were hiring, I would ask him to come apply! After finding me two coupons to use for my oil change and cabin air filter, I also was given free pins to hold up my splash guard on the under side of the car. Just amazing.
Brought my vehicle in after a long week and Jaylen took great care of me! Couldn’t catch the rest of the staff’s names, but they were very welcoming and inviting! I will be going back to him to get further services on my vehicle!
Katie and Jaylen were amazing! Definitely helped me decide the best for my car and had me in and out so quickly!
The guys were all great. Very knowledgeable and personable. Getting your oil change at Take 5, Mars Hill is a pleasure the 2 times I’ve been there. J’mere and Gary are a great team. They all work together there for the car owner’s experience. I’ll never go to any other place. It’s Take 5 for me
Requested wiper fluid refill, didn’t notice until I got home that this wasn’t done - had to make a trip out for the fluid & refilled myself. Staff very friendly and quick service - just not completely done as requested.
