Came in for an oil change one of the guys that works there said my drain plug bolt was stripped so they will have to suck out the oil with a machine. How would they know my oil drain bolt was stripped if they didn't take it out. So back to the machine sucking out my oil. After 30 min I asked why it was taking so long he said the machine was acting up. AMAZING SERVICE !
All the guys who helped me were super polite and helpful and speedy! They did an oil change, tire rotation, and wipers. All done in a timely matter. Of course I wish the oil prices were a bit more affordable as they were a couple years ago. We normally just change our own oil but I appreciate the men working here!
