It took a long time to put the oil in my car. The changed the fluid, checked the tires, swapped the oil filter in about 10 mins... then I had to wait 20 more minutes to get the oil in my truck while a just sat there. As I left, they forgot to clean the writing off the windshield. When i reminded the tech, he only cleaned the writing off the windshield and didn't think to just clean the entire windshield. Very different experience for other take 5 establishments. On a good note, the tech was polite and pleasent.
