It was longer then 20 minutes and I felt ignored.

Service was great, Philly knows his stuff, and the rest of the staff were awesome, customer for life.
They tried to check the cabin air filter. They had to look it up on YouTube to figure out how to get it out once out they didn’t have the parts they told me it would take five minutes to go get one at the parts store. My oil change went from 10 minutes to an hour and 15 and once they got the filter, he tried putting it in and it was the wrong one so they put the old one back in there was a younger guy there that was apologetic but obviously the manager didn’t care never said I’m sorry.
