When I say the customer service is over and beyond, that is truly an understatement. This is my second time coming here and I've been treated better each time. I loved my experience to the point I come here instead of the dealership and I still have free oil changes. As a woman you really want to feel like you not getting done wrong and coming here makes me feel like there only here to help. I appreciate you all service thank you.. Normally, I’m in and out with no problems but this time I waited so long I lost track of time
So first, long wait. 45 mins. I was behind bay 2 only me waiting besides the three in the bay. All of the techs kept leaving the bay to go talk with someone in a red pick up parked by the trash bins. Then I was asked to move to bay 1, no pro lem but as soon as I moved bay 2 was open....rather pointless to move me. Then the swearing inside the shop was ridiculous.
