Would of gave a five star but I thank they should tell the customer how much before they drain your oil
The 1st time I went. It was great!!! Their was a women who knew what she was doing . Explained everything and was very nice . It it was done rt and in a timely manner. The 2nd time there were 3-4 people(men) that were so slow it took an hr to just get in there. I was the 3rd car at the time.. very slow 2nd time at 136. Not going back!!!
I usually come to this Take 5 for my oil changes and always have a good experience, but today really stood out to me! Jess helped me and was super friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy. She even changed my air filter and went above and beyond with her great customer service. Her energy is amazing! I wasn’t having the best morning and she called me beautiful, which honestly made my day. Highly recommend this location and especially Jess for her amazing attitude and professionalism!
My Experience at take 5 was the most professional service, I have ever gotten from any where; their team work was superb, to get me in and out of there with what i needed at a good price was amazing.I thank all those gentlemen, especially the young man that helped me.
The service was fast and the staff was professional and kept me informed the entire time. I will go back again
