Excellent customer service! Service individuals explain the problems and concerns exceptionally well. Highly recommend Take 5 for any service issue and especially oil changes.
The boys are very polite & let us know what they are doing. They were quite busy when we went so the wait was a little bit, but they brought us water to car & kept letting us know why the delays. I just was unsure why there were 4 employees to one vehicle, instead of divide & conquer situation. Granted there are some safety things that must taken into account as well. Otherwise, it's a good place to get your oil changed. Appreciate them being kind & keeping us aware of reasons for wait.
