I have a truck that is over 20 years old with only about 54,000 miles. I had not had an oil change in about five years (about 2,000 miles) and decided to get it done this morning. I went to Take 5 and was immediately greeted by a young man with a bottle of water. They directed me to the stall where I was able to sit in the truck. The whole process took about 15 minutes and got service with a smile and helpful information. I highly recommend them.
They offered me water upon my arrival and were very professional and courteous. I had my oil changed, wipers replaced and cabin air filter changed. The team worked well together and had me ready to roll in minutes.
I will say that the service was good and the staff was very friendly. However, I am disappointed about one aspect of my visit. The technician who performed the service today asked if my vehicle had a cabin air filter. I told her I wasn't sure. She then asked if she could check, and I agreed. This was the first time anyone had mentioned the cabin filter to me, even though I have been there several times before. She found the filter, and it was indeed dirty. I had my oil and filters changed in a very short period of time. The guys were very professional and kind. I always love the cold water bottle they give you first thing! I have been going to take 5 for years and will continue!
