I had an awful experience with this place. They sent me out in an unsafe car knowingly and told me nothing about it. When I talked to them on the phone the manager said he talked to mechanic who worked on my car. He said he noticed some bolts wouldn’t screw all the way in. Why not mention that to me, instead of sending me back on the highway to then be stranded on the side of the road. On the parkway I was with my skid plate dragging the ground. No toolbox no service. Was disappointed that the basic oil change was verbalized only to find out it was not available for my vehicle. Felt like a scam. Really did appreciate the veteran discount
