Horrible service. Waited over 30 minutes in line before anyone even spoke to me. Then after going into the bay it was another 20 minutes before someone came by and asked anything.
I do not give not even 1 star but it makes me in order to place my review. They claim to know how to change oil on all vehicles! But then they are struggling to do it because of not fully trained or knowledgeable employees. Plus they switch the oil type without asking then when you go again they don’t know which one to use because there is No consistency. I should have known better than to take my Mercedes there! Now my vehicle is making a strange sound… ugh
I will not return to Take 5. I called the call center was told I would receive $25 coupon and that would make the total for my oil change $95. I was asked what vehicle and clearly told her 2022 Ford F350 Superduty. The total I was charged was $292. I was not told the price until the job was completed. If I had been told I would have left because that is $200 more than quoted. I will be calling area manager and corporate. I am giving one star because it won’t let me give none
Ryan, Will & Gina was so amazing that I will keep coming back for that reason but the service was fast this was the first review so I went back on 10-25-25 service was not friendly the price had gone up since the last Change I did like in and out in 20 minutes but not sure I will go back
The staff are SUPER friendly. Very much enjoyed the experience. Guys were funny and fast. But dude...it's way overpriced. I admit I paid it because I was in a hurry, any they are definitely quick. I guess I paid for the convenience of speed However, I'll probably try to schedule my day better next time so I can go somewhere that will take longer but cost $30-$40 less.
