They guys greated me as soon as I arrived, even explaining how many cars were before me. Even told me they no longer do oil changes so did I need anything else. I had the biggest laugh. They came back after few times in my wait just to check in. They guys were extremely busy but they too were extremely nice and professional.
It was a 30 minute wait time to get service after I entered the garage. No one cared to apologize for the inconvenience or explain the situation.
Service person (Jerrel?, sorry cannot remember his exact name) did a great job, was very courteous and professional! Question, with the price of oil supposedly going down, how come the price of oil changes keep going up (even for synthetics)?
