Went there for an oil change. They forgot to put my coolant cap back on. My truck over heated. Filed a claim and can’t get anyone to pickup the phone and call me. Claims reps can only take messages and “you’ll get a call back” which a call never comes. On top of it I have to talk to customer service reps who only say “you need to pay for a quote before they approve repairs”. Um you screwed up and have me stranded. The wait is long today but most times its not as bad. But I still give them a 5 cause they are nice.
Very personable. Engaging, helpful, transparent. Didn't feel like techs were there just to upsell. The young lady who helped me was very professional. I tend to do a lot of my own maintenance, but it's more convenient for me to have Take 5 dispose of the used fluids. (Mainly oil of course) Treated my Truck like the priority I do. Easy 5 star.
