First time using this company. Very impressed. I had a few questions, which Ashton fully answered. Ashton was very helpful and professional. Will definitely return.
short staff And long wait but the crew was superb
For a place that says it takes 5 mins to do a oil change. This was not the case. Waited in line with two bays open 3 cars in each line. Over an hour and a half wait. Should have been only 30 mins tops. Won't be going back to this place again. And the price wasn't even good. To expensive. I could have just went to the dealership and got a cheaper price and a much better wait time.
Waited more than 2 hours.
Your staff is always very professional from the most seasoned serviceman to your trainees. All of them come out to greet me offer water. Give me updates on the time based on how many customers are ahead very knowledgeable and just all around perfect Stewarts of your company.
