I was in the Terrell office yesterday #0776 to have a routine oil change. I am a very busy single mom and nurse manager so I appreciate the ability to swing in and have my car serviced as my schedule allows. However, I do trust that the services I paid for will be done. # 10 on the service check list was filling washer fluid. I don't know if this was a mistake are not because I actually received good service at the location but referring to me as Thugeus is not acceptable by any means.
You did not have oil filter for my 4 Runner. Will not be returning.
