Good professional service, only one problem when I got home the Lexus emblem under my hood was missing or was broke off & nothing was brought to my attention...
My most recent visit was extremely long. From the time I pulled up till I left took about 45 minutes. My tech apologized for the long wait time because they were short handed. This hands down was the most expensive oil change I’ve ever had. They charge $30-$40 more for full synthetic oil than I’ve ever paid for before this visit. They were up-selling all along the way to the tune of nearly $200 for the entire visit had I accepted all of their suggestions. Jon was awesome and very knowledgeable. I had oil change and coolant change on my 2017Nissan Rogue. I will be coming back here again.
The Technicians were knowledgeable and quickly accessed why my car was overheating. After a coolant service and oil change, I was quickly on my way, car no longer overheating. But the best part is, I never had to leave my vehicle.
