This is my second time coming here and I was hoping the service was better. This is supposed to be speedy and quick yet I’ve been sitting here for half and hour when it was only one car ahead of me. It’s two techs and both are at the same car. They just standing here talking instead of working. This is unacceptable ESPECIALLY for these high prices. Y’all need to do better. These guys are always great - great service, friendly, enjoy working together and laughing together. Love that I can pull in and get my oil changes quickly by folks with a great attitude. The manager (Tone? Is what’s on my receipt) took the time to show me the product he was using for a coolant exchange after I expressed concerns on the right type for my car. Appreciate the work and transparency!
If you value your vehicle don't bring it here. I got an oil change and notice an oil leak in my garage a week later. I brought it in an the technician informed me he did the drain plug. Well I'm back again 3 days later because my vehicle is still leaking and to make it worse they left a wrench under my vehicle. If i could give zero stars i would.
They messed up the oil pan for my bmw. I followed their procedures to file a claim with them. They gave me the run around and never got back to me. If you have a luxury car , this is not the place to do business with.
