I've been to several locations of this company and every time that I've gone to different ones they've been very pleasant. Very professional and kind.
When I pulled up everyone was in their vehicles, I was the only customer. I went to Take 5 for the “free top off” after 3k miles. TJ (has tattoo that says Lanni with a heart in cursive on his face), stated I was at 8k (I drive a Mercedes so it goes to 10k). I’d been traveling to SC for work and trusted take 5 to take care of me. tj refused saying that policy only allowed top off up to 3k miles…I paid for premium service so I expected him to understand that I drive a Mercedes that goes to 10k. The technician was nice and friendly
It was a very bad experience. I had a coupon that they wouldn’t accept. Because I did not choose the premium package. They also did not top off my fluids off like I asked or check the pressure in my tires. But they marked that off on the list they handed me. to be honest Valvoline does a much better. This is the first and last time I’ll ever use take five
They were knowledgeable and told me the truth! I almost turned down something that I actually really needed for my car and they told me what could go wrong if I continued to put it aside, greatly appreciated being told the truth!
