This location gets you in and out as fast as humanly possible. They are very thorough so it’s not the fastest on earth but I wouldn’t want that either. I’ll take quality over speed. They are courteous and explained everything very well. If I need extra oil or more air in my tires I can come back before my next service and be topped off free of charges
They underestimated my wait time which was a little bit annoying, but they were all very polite.
My husband went in for a routine oil change a month ago or so. He reminded the workers to make sure and put the undercarriage protector on correctly and tighten all the screws which they assured him they did. Wellll today, we heard a strange noise as we’re driving only to pull over and discover that the whole protector was dragging and only hanging on by 1 screw. The guys did such a great job. I had to return because one of the gentlemen had a realistic conversation about how long it would take and I opted to come back another day. Top notch communication the whole way. I didn’t feel upsold and instead felt like they do everything they can. I didn’t even notice that a glove compartment component came out of alignment and they knocked it back in for me. They laughed, had a good time: whoever is in charge did a great job and the team was phenomenal.
This place sucks.. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. THEY DIDN'T REFILL MY FLUIDS OVER CHARGED ME. DIDN'T EVEN WANT TO TAKE MY COUPON.I've been here before. But, the day of 1/14/26 they didn't give a dam. Plus, left oil prints on my Hood. You have lost a valued customer due to their poor customer service. Thanks but "NO THANKS"!!!!!
