Very knowable and helpful
Called and was given a priced that was different from what they tried to charge, the difference was $60 more for an oil change. They couldn’t even figure out what type of Mercedes I had which was a red flag I told them to close my hood they didn’t know what they are doing. Do not go here if you have a luxury car. The guy stated that when they don’t answer the phone at the shop it rolls over to an answering service who they said quoted me the wrong price! Only 1 thing. One tech removed my overflow coolant cap, the other tech did not realize it hasn’t been put back on and tried to close the hood. The cap feel apart, he said he got it back together. I’m hoping it’s not broken. I’ll have to check tomorrow in the daylight.
The inspector was so amazing and sweet
My experience at Take 5 was above the 5-star rating. The employee, who is called 'Q', took care of my vehicle in a timely manner, all the while explaining things to me. Take-5 is my go to spot for oil change. Thanks and keep up the good work. 👍
