Fast and efficient
Very honest and reputable place Wesley or Winston his name begins with a "W" great young man to have on your team!!! Great help and customer service is a jewel to find because of him and his team I recommend this site to ladies safe and honest and they will not take advantage of what you may or may not know about your vehicle.
Terrible customer service. I waited over 20 minutes for the white employee to talk about other employees going on a date and going to get changed from the bank to another employee. I’m just sitting there waiting while they’re having a personal conversation and there was literally no other cars there I was the only one so of course I’m very upset. I’ve been going over 19 years. Horrible experience they tried to say they did an oil change but never drained the existing oil out the vehicle. Technicians that are there are all inexperienced and shouldn’t be working on peoples car without proper knowledge or skill for a simple oil change. Had to literally get off my work van and watch them redo the whole oil change from start to finish. When they finally drained my oil from the vehicle, the technician didn’t set the drain pan under the oil pan and all of the existing oil shot all over my passenger tire ... read more
