They did an awesome job!
It’s a little disappointing when you get a coupon for ‘up to %50 off an oil change, max value $25’ (implies they offer a $50 oil change) and after the coupon, added quart, and disposal fee I paid $61.45 for the cheapest oil change on the menu. The tech even tried to tell me that my 2004 GMC required full synthetic and upsell me to an even higher tier. I feel like this is the definition of bait and switch.
Your people were courteous and very polite. The time taken to change the oil was longer than I expected. And the price was more than I expected to pay as the advertised price that I saw when I pulled in was not what I expected to get. Has everybody seems to do they tried their best to upsell your services. Not real happy about that but I understand. I would probably continue using the people I've used in the past.
Cheecho and gavin absolutely killed it, they were efficient and checked everything while letting me know what they were checking and why! I felt bad cause i came by for a service just before close and they still had great attitude and got me out in efficient time and with friendly attitudes
