Let me drive away with my filter hanging out the car. Apparently they lost the screws and didn't want to own up to it. Got down the road and I could hear it raddling under the hood. Didn't top off fluids either. Manager said they would make it right. Then never did anything, and ghosted me.
Service was great. Prices are astronomical, but service was awesome!
Went there yesterday after speaking to someone on the phone. I thought they would be cheaper than the place I had just left. I just moved here and don't know the area very well. I was told, on the phone, I would get quoted a price after my vehicle had been looked over. When I pulled in I was immediately asked if I give permission for my oil to be drained.
