They did a great job by walking me through everything they had to do. Everyone was friendly and courteous. I also received a discount.
The technician did the oil change, but brought to my attention, the need to replace the coolant. He explained how important it is.
Every time I go the crew is loud, cursing, unprofessional, unorganized. Yesterday one guy was in his phone with his girlfriend the entire time. Pants sagging dirty underwear showing. While one guy was under the car the other not paying attention starts pouring the oil. The guy under the car yells out "wait I'm changing the filter" but they're so loud talking about nothing he didn't hear him and continued to pour the oil. I was there way longer than usual.
