Very quick, efficient, polite, and professional!
They were fantastic—knowledgeable, friendly, and very considerate of my budget. They even topped off my fluids at no extra charge, which I really appreciated
They were rude and acted like if I was stupid cause I was female
While i was getting oil changed the 2 men changing it kept calling me slurs/names. They made sure i heard it to. Absolutely awful experience. They botched my oil change too. Awful experience do NOT recommend if you are a female.
My daughter got her oil changed here. They took a water guard plate from underneath her car and didn’t put it back on. This caused a bracket to make a really bad noise causing her to have to pull over on James river during rush hour. They said it was because it was broken. She had a mechanic look at it and he said there is nothing wrong with it. She went back after I called them.
