They try to act like they care by commenting on negative comments, but then they do nothing to fix it. I deserve my money back and for them to pay for my car repairs. The service was excellent and they were very quick
Stopped in on lunch break, no wait to pull in bay, 2 cars came and got serviced and done and I was still there!!! Asked the guys what was up they could not locate the tool they needed to replace my oil filter. I was supposed to be back to work by 2 so they said oil is changed I'll just have to come back after work to get filter changed. Employees were very nice and apologetic .....but it will be a no return for me!! Not a fan of old oil in filter mixed with new oil for $100 bucks!
On Sunday, March 30. 2025 I was greeted by Cody for a diesel oil and fuel filter change. Cody said that the shop manager who does fuel filter changes would be back Tuesday, April 1. Cody and the female manager are very pleasant and explained what they were doing. Also I was advised to get a coolant flush before getting warmer and I did at that time.
