I paid to have my filter changed here, 3 months later I had some car trouble. I called up a mechanic, only to find out the car trouble was a result of not having in a filter. I went to Take 5 and had them check the cameras, they confirmed that the employee did not replace my filter. I provided The manager with an invoice from my mechanic (as he requested), only to be told that all that can be done is a return for the filter. In what world is this acceptable? I don’t see why I should pay for their employee’s negligence.
Went on 12/31/2025. The guys were all fast, communicating well, bantering with the best of them, got my car in and out perfectly. Honked that horn on my way too. Well done!
I went after running errands all day and they were the nicest people ever. They offered a bottle of water, were fast but very thorough, and let me know each step along the way. I will definitely use again.
Everyone was really friendly and they got my oil changed and filters changed real quick. They also washed my windshield. Really appreciate the team there getting our service completed with smiles. So hard to find good customer service nowadays and they delivered.
The men that assisted me were great! Extremely knowledgeable, and professional. They explained things in a way that I could understand. I did not feel like I was being taken advantage of. I would highly recommend them to everyone.
