I’m very disappointed with the service at Take 5 Oil Change. After paying over $250 for an oil and coolant change, I discovered the oil drain plug wasn’t tightened properly, which caused all the oil to leak out and nearly damaged my engine. I had to take my car to a mechanic to fix their error. Poor attention to detail and lack of accountability.
I have been here a hand full of times now and I have yet to have a bad or negative experience. They are always polite and professional. They communicate well with each other and me. Just a great and positive experience. I will keep coming back.
They were all very kind and courteous, which is usually the case at this location. Explained every step of the process. Always a good experience
