They talked me into a an antifreeze change for $145 and put the wrong antifreeze in. It is supposed to be blue on an older Mercedes. Another mechanic caught it as I had to change a serpentine belt and did it the next day. I went back to Take 5 and they said they did not have the correct antifreeze and could not credit my account. I now have to go through corporate to get a refund. Super unhappy and will never come back

This Take 5 location (CCNE ,near Lowe’s) is the only Take 5 I will ever use! Alex topped off my oil and fluids, checked tires and filters, and gave superb service! Al Rex is apparently new to this location, and I’m happy to see they have another top tech , although I think he may have been the new manager. Outstanding. I don’t have confidence in their other locations , based on specific problems at other stores. Keep up the good work!
