First time to the establishment - I arrived at the establishment 5 minutes to opening to secure a spot in line for an inspection. Pulled around to the rear of the store where I noticed an employee sitting in his truck. He promptly informed me he does not have keys to the store and is waiting on another employee to arrive. I waited around for 20 minutes and still nobody with a key in sight. This was a complete and total waste of time! I could have have been in line somewhere else! I have had so many bad experiences with oil changes and this time it was extraordinary service. I am beyond please. Omar and the other cool dudes took great care of me.
Best oil change I have ever had! Very friendly service and very thorough. I was offered water or something to drink several times and they really seemed concerned about making sure their customers feel valued!
