I, also, have had issues with them.....never went back again. They think women are stupid and we don't know anything about cars!!!!
Took my 2008 CLK 350 for an oil change and before I got to the light at Sadler the engine fan stopped working and I received an alert. Long story short I made 3 trips back to them each time promising they didn’t touch anything but recommended I take my car to 5 Flags for a more in-depth analysis. After taking my car to MB on Blanding Blvd. I was given a bottle 1/2 full of what looked like year old oil and the oil filter was the same. Wonderful customer service! Very professional! Will definitely return!
Don’t go here unless you have 45 minutes or more to waste. They managed to kill my battery during an oil change and took them 20 minutes to get my car started again. The guy was shocked that I was mad at how long it was taking. Hello your ad says average time is 8 minutes and now my car won’t start!!!! They did give me $12 off my oil change.
