The guys here take advantage of young girls. Before my daughter talked prices, packages or even gave permission to start working on her car, they drained her oil! When she told them she was just going to have her dad do it they informed her they already drained her oil and had no choice but to pick a package! Here is a post I made on my personal page about Take 5. I normally do the oil changes on our vehicles, but today I took Shannon’s car in to get an oil change done. I took her car to Take 5 on San Jose at Baymeadows. I was taken a back by the level of service there. Number 1 you pull in and stay in your vehicle while they quickly change the oil and do their inspection. Number 2 they did not try to up sell me on a single thing, just gave me options. Fast service! Always courteous and I never have to wait long. Complimentary drink for me, and fruit snacks and juice for my kids while we wait! I won’t go anywhere else �
Ok. So, several years back I would have given them 5 stars, then they switched management out to an older creepy guy and didn't go for awhile. Now there's a whole new, and absolutely amazing staff and they're back at 5 stars! Super quick, offer soda and juice while you wait and have never recommended stuff I don't need!
