I arrived and there was no wait and this was 2'clock on a Friday afternoon. Gabriel was our technician he was friendly and professional. He informed me of everything that needed to be taken care of and I don't feel like I was taken advantage of. He is very knowledgeable about cars. He even. showed me there is a filter in my glove compartment that I never knew existed. I thought he was the store manager by the way the staff was ran which was also in a professional manner.
