This place has been going steadily down hill since they took it over from Arbor. Two times ago when I was here, they botched my inspection and I had to go to H-E-B to actually finish the process because their equipment wasn’t working. This time, they informed me they “no longer allow drop offs”. So even though I could have spent the 25 minutes it took to change my oil doing my grocery shopping (as my husband was there ready to pick me up and go) they instead decided to force me to waste my time in their shabby waiting room w... read more
