Don't go if you have a 2016 Buick encore SUV they don't have the filters needed for that vehicle. I inquired if another of their stores would have them I was told we don't know call them. As a business with multiple locations, great custimer service reps would've called to see and gave the address to their sister store. I left and went to Firestone. Will never go back.
They were efficient and Anthony was very manerable and informative and they all worked as a team
These gentlemen were professional, personable, and thorough.
This location is by FAR the worst oil change place I’ve ever been to in my life!!! They accidentally cracked my oil can (I took pictures) when changing my oil filter and my engine locked up on me. When I had mechanics take a look at it they both came to the conclusion that it was their fault and they own me a new motor. The next day they had my car towed to their repair facility where they kept my vehicle for over a week without calling/contacting me AT ALL !!!
