I went to Take 5 yesterday. As usual, both the guys were very courteous, respectful, & professional. You might think that's to be expected but more & more, customers are being treated like a necessary inconvenience. We are tolerated, not welcomed, but it's different with the Take 5 guys. It's not always be the same two guys and that shows that Take 5 has a very good training program. I get in & out. Aiden is an awesome young man and I just met Anthony for the first time but he was a great guy! I have been coming here for awhile. They are friendly, professional, knowledgeable and I dont feel pressures to purchase unnecessary stuff although they do recommend stuff...its never a pushy feeling. Zero stars. Waited over an hour with 3 people in front of me. Got into the bay. And waited another 10 before anyone approached my car. They then tell me their “pumps aren’t working” for the $50 economy oil change and they could only offer me the $90 oil change. I’ve been getting economy in my car for years at a different location. Terrible service and never going back.
