Beware! Dont be deceived by the staff friendliness, inspect your vehicle after been serviced, this shop damaged the bolt threads on my car's oil pan and put black silicone to cover their doing, next oil change discovered what they did and now they take no responsability, even implied that it was done some where else, the current manager is rude, has no customer service skills, he will rise his tone of voice, not let you talk and will slam the phone on you, will take my issue further up.

Caesar was so friendly! It was quick and so easy. They kept me informed of everything they were doing. They gave me a cold bottle of water while I waited. Caesar fixes my windshield wiper and cleaned my windows just to be helpful. Other places have made me feel like they were taking advantage of me but at take 5 I felt like I received excellent customer service!
I could give you guys a zero star I would I am highly highly pissed off first-rate it right now because I took my girlfriend and eyes car that she is pregnant by the way to get in oil change about three days ago and now there is zero oil in the car zero oil you guys need to fix this arete away I came in with a white 2017 Kia Optima call me immediately 407-274-2396
I truly appreciate great service and this place has just that. Super convenient location and no hassles or wait time. Crew was incredibly nice and well mannered. Also love being able to not have to get out of my truck and have to sit in a cramped waiting room.
