Been waiting for the manager to call me now for about four days. They broke a press clip on my intake box because they were checking my intake filter. They didn’t tell me. I had to top of my radiator because they said it was low on water after they pop the cap off while it was running...... next go to work and back car was over heating a lil bit pop the hood to get a better look and what’s in my face a broken clip on my intake box. Made the claim and now I’ve been getting ignored great!
Garbage!! That is all I can say.

My mom went to do her oil change here this afternoon and she came back very impressed and happy (it us almost impossible for my mother to be both of these at the same time!!!). She was amazed at the quality of service she received. She said compared to Stadium Toyota these people were superior. She told me she is never going back to Stadium Toyota!!! Thank you Take 5 for keeping Quality Customer Service alive... it is extinct!! Great job!!!
I will never take my car anywhere else besides Take 5 on West Hillsborough they have always treated myself and even my children with respect and professionalism, I don't know very much about oil changes so when I asked the manager today about the products I was being offered he was extremely helpful in helping me understand what and why I needed to get them with oil change. Highest price shop for oil change in Tampa. I called corporate and they are the rudest people ever!! Do not go there. Again the highest price oil change and corporate doesn’t care!!!!
Super honest. Very informative. Didn’t try to up sale me on anything.
The guys were super nice & fast with my oil change, took no longer than 15 minuets. Offered me a complementary water while I was waiting. Will be back here! 10/10 recommend!!
