I just love this place so much! Doesn’t matter what location I go to the employees are always amazing! I went to this location this morning got there 45 minutes before they open (which was no issue I was fine with waiting) and the guys brought me in as early as they could, about 10 minute before they even opened. They were so extremely nice during the oil changed and got me in and out within 10 minutes!! It was a great way to start my morning! Thank you guys!
Highest price shop for oil change in Tampa. I called corporate and they are the rudest people ever!! Do not go there. Again the highest price oil change and corporate doesn’t care!!!!
Pulled in for the first time today, a little weird sitting in the car while they service it, but you move past that quickly. I was greeted immediately and given water while I waited. Only 1 car ahead of me so I got in about 5-10 minutes later. I would absolutely recommend this location, and will definitely be back.
I’ve been telling everyone about my experience since I first tried this place yesterday. I’ve driven by it a thousand times but finally stopped yesterday because I needed an oil change. I was skeptical. Boy was my mind changed! A crew of 5 professional, courteous gentlemen worked on my car like a well-orchestrated surgical team. The lead “surgeon” aka customer service person was Alfonso, who was simply fantastic. Very transparent, no needless up-selling (just reasonable suggestions). I will definitely go again!!
Had my oil changed here today, would recommend! Didn't have to take my baby out of the car, plus they gave me some water and the baby some juice. They were nice, accommodating, and didn't try to take advantage of me by saying I needed to have everything replaced. Many thanks to Henry, Karl, and the whole crew!
Fast, professional, courteous, and I highly recommend. They even gave me a water and a Capri Sun for my toddler! This is a rare gem!
