Chris and his team were awesome. I loved the communication between him and his team. He followed up with them to ensure accuracy. I loved the fact that they showed me the oil stick, checked my tires, and cleaned my windshield w/o asking. Quick, friendly, efficient. I will be back!
i took my car on February 1 and have had to take it back 4 times. A faulty oil change messed up my sensor. Take 5 is not holding accountability yet they tried 4 times to fix, my car has been there three weeks and they sent paper on discounted motor. Now that sound like fault covered, and put third on me. i wish with All my heart that I Never took my car to do business With Take 5. This is my biggest regret because of this I lost my job.
Amazing customer service! Gave me complimentary water, cleaned window, and found my dirty air filter which I had changed today. The guys swarmed my car and got the job done quickly. This will be my new oil change spot. They explained every part of the process. Friendly.
