They broke my oil pressure sensor. They apologized and replaced it, but my "quick" oil change wasted 2 1/2 hours.
So nice, very thorough with explaining what they were doing ie. showing oil after changed, filters etc. Brandon was great!
I don’t know if all Take 5’s are like this but My fiancé and I just stopped at the one in the Heights off Sheppard just now to get his oil changed. We came in minutes before they closed and guy name Juan changed our oil right before he got the relief to get off.... this man was so professional and helpful. You can tell they have great training. I really hope this company treats their employees as well as their employees treat their customers because guys like this are assets to their company.

Excellent service from Anthony, Don, Armando, and Jordan today! It was our first time visiting this location and the service was far better than any other oil change place that we have been.
RUINED TRANSMISSION- I went in for an oil change and they drained my transmission oil instead & I drove off. After the jumping & grinding I drove right back. It caused pieces of gears to shave off - yet they want “proof” $7000 worth of damage. Customer service has now ghosted me. I been stuck paying for a rental for 3 weeks now while they try to get out of not replacing my Transmission! Go here if you want to walk.
I go to get an oil change it is taking 30 min waiting in line. When I get my car up there I’m told they can not take of my bolt to change the oil (this is the only place I’ve ever had issues with that) and i tell them to close the hood since they can not do it and I hear the tech say as I’m pulling away and I quote “get the f*ck out of here” what kind of business is there to treat people this way because they are incompetent in their job
