second time going it was good and fast. only thing is they changed my oil and it was still dark oil once they finished and did not really explain to me why or what I should do other than come back again after x amount of miles, they seemed just as confused as i was. but my car is driving fine but idk if i want to pay the high price again in a short amount of time wish they could have fixed it then.also they kept trying to push a more expensive oil on me when I told them what I wanted bc I also did my research. but over all i... read more

Probably about the best customer service I’ve ever experienced in any context. Couldn’t believe how quick it was and how knowledgeable the staff were. The oil you get may cost more than you expect, but they explain why it’s best for your vehicle and give you other options if you don’t like the price. Cannot recommend highly enough.
I have never had a better experience getting my oil changed in the 40 years I was in the car business ! This place in Conway Take 5 Oil Change literally had me in an out that fast ! The crew was so courteous an I loved that they checked an double checked every step made through teamwork ! Y’all need to go here as the cost was less Than a dealership an it was super quick ! Thanks to all the guys who worked on my car !
I was just there for my second time. While I was here they dropped the hood of my car which could’ve damaged my car. Then they asked what kind of oil I want for my car and when I told them they questioned me and made a remark that I didn’t have the money. 🤨 (Seth) They are rude, unprofessional, and sloppy. I will not be back.
