I am a single parent I budget everything last time I was there I received a coupon and was told how much my oil change would be for my next visit I get there and they inform me they will not accept the very same coupon they gave me on my last visit. Shame on a company that can’t even stand by their word.
If you haven't tried this you are missing out. So impressed!!! In and out in 9min. They carry my oil filter (NO ONE else does). Give you a drink, wash your windshield, top your fluids, fill you tires and do it with a smile! It's hard to find this kind of service nowadays!!! ����
My fiancé who knows nothing about cars stop by to get a quick oil change. She ended up spending over 100 dollars. The guy told her that her 2010 Honda Civic LX needs synthetic oil only and charged her over 60 bucks for the oil, and on top of that he said she needed a new cabin air filter, which was recently replaced and charged her another 40 bucks smh!!! She was definitely taken advantage of.
I was greeted warmly when I first pulled up and the customer service was extroardinary from that first moment until a drove out their doors. The whole team was friendly and engaging and it didn't feel forced. I felt as if they were genuinely glad I was there. I had a lot of questions and they were patient in answering and explaining things, including the background of their company. They also offered a free soda or water while I waited.
