Went in for an oil change on Black Friday week end Sunday had service on car for oil change drove straight home and got my truck and had the oil changed as well I asked for mobile 1 full synthetic before they preformed any work they then came and said we are out after they had drained the oil is this how y’all do Business completely not ok Back to the car I moved it Friday to edge the driveway and what do you see under the car yup a nice size oil stain in the driveway so I took the car back to have them check what was leakin... read more
Went here for the first time today. I was very pleased with the service. The young men and young lady working there were all very friendly and attentive. I will start getting all my oil changes done here from now on.
Called them at 6:08 pm and here I sit at a gas station at 8 pm because they improperly attached the skid plate on my 4runner so I was dragging it down the beltway. When I went for the oil change it took longer than normal because one tech was telling another tech how to reinstall. I have yet to get a true ETA of when the tech is due to arrive. The location they said they were sending tech from is 17 miles from me and still not here. complete customer fail.

What a great experience! Techs are very friendly and professional. They were able to get me in and out quickly without even getting out of my car. I will continue to get my oil changes here in the future.
Techs was super friendly and fast. Customer service was great when i had a problem the manager Omar was a big help and got the job done i love getting my oil changed at Take 5!
