Sloppy and slow, Did not wash Windshield. Did not check air in tires, my owners manual says I need 5 QT. I was charged for an additional Qt. I new nothing about. I do not understand a Shop Charge??? At the end, I noticed a Military Discount available; When I ask?? was told I was to late and could get it next time. There won't be a next time, I won't be back.
I have been going to Take 5 in Franklin, IN for over 5 years. They offer the finest and quickest service I have ever experienced. Mark and Chloe were great and knew what they were doing. They were also very courteous! I recommend Take 5 without any reservations. Keep up the good work!
If I could give a negative review, I would. I took my car there and weeks later my engine oil pressure light came on and flashed. My engine was toast thanks to their oil change. My mechanic friend and my dad both looked at the oil and it didn't even look or feel like oil. Perhaps transmission fluid...any rate, I put in a new engine in my van as a result of one bad oil change. Never again!
Take 5 Oil Change should read"It Take 5 to Get Screwd Oil Change. My Daughter Nikki - Pregnant and Nieve call me and said she needed an Oil Change. I told her Please, see Mum and get the Credit Card and go to this new place that just open right across from our Walgreens on Garners Ferry Road. Columbia, SC 29209. Nikki doesn't work due to her pregnancy and health issues. I could not go or meet her at this place since I was with my wife at a Dr. Appoinment.
